Nokia-Siemense Networks Cuts 350 Jobs in China
Nokia-Siemens Networks has laid off 350 employees in China as part of the company's global layoff plan, spokesperson Chen Yuhong said.
'We launched the layoff plan last week and there is no plan to cut more jobs in China now,' Chen told XFN-Asia.
Nokia-Siemens Networks earlier announced it was cutting 9,000 jobs globally to reduce operating costs.
The joint venture was established by Nokia Corp and Siemens AG in April.
