World Dairy Expo & Summit/China is the sole dairy expo hosted by Dairy Association of China (DAC). With its excellent organization, extensive international participation and perfect show effect, the expo has become an important platform for exchanges, trading and cooperation for Chinese dairy industry.

The expo is held in different cities in China. World Dairy Expo & Summit/China'07 will be organized during Jun. 21-23, 2007 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.

Nanjing is located at the Yangtze River delta, which is one of the most economically developed areas in China and where people's living standard is relatively higher. Statistics have indicated that milk consumption of Jiangsu Province increases progressively every year above 35%. In Nanjing, milk consumption per person annually is approximately 30kg, which is 4 times of national annual milk consumption per person. The Jiangsu dairy industry association's expert also pointed out "the milk consumption quantity will increase definitely."

The Annual Member Meeting of DAC will be arranged concurrently as usual. Dairy Association of China (DAC) is a non-profit organization, which is composed of cattle farms, dairy processing enterprises, relevant government authorities, scientific researching institutes and media. On the occasion of the event, leaders, experts, scholars, entrepreneurs and journalists will have a great get-together.

Exhibit articles in this expo are divided into 3 parts: Cow Cultivation & Farming Equipment; Dairy production equipment & technology; and Dairy Products. Besides the Annual Meeting of the DAC, a series of special forums will also be held during the expo.
