Hunan Hara XEMC Windpower Co., Ltd. Gains the 300 Million Yuan Wind Power Order

Hunan Hara XEMC Windpower Co., Ltd., a joint venture company of Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. signs the general contract for the Shenchi wind farm project together with China Hydro Mid-South Design & Research Institute and Shanxi International Power Group, including 24 sets of the finished devices for wind power generation and the total investment is about 336 million Yuan.

The contract prescribes that the contractor shall finish the first 2 sets of the units to be connected to the net for power generation before Dec. 31, 2007 and the second phase 6 sets of the units to be connected to the net for power generation before Sep. 30, 2008, the third phase 8 sets of the units for 250-hour trial operation before Oct. 30, 2008, and the forth phase 8 sets of the units for trial operation before Nov. 30, 2008.
