CNPC completes first phase of west China pipeline network

The first stage of the China National Petroleum Corp.'s west China pipeline network, linking Urumqi in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region and Lanzhou in Gansu Province, as well as other cities, has been completed, CNPC announced on its Web site Wednesday.
