Hong Kong Nov exports up 6.6 pct pct yr-on-yr by value vs up 9.8 pct in Oct

Hong Kong's exports in November rose 6.6 pct year-on-year to 244 bln hkd, after growing 9.8 pct in October, the government said.

Re-export sin November grew 6.9 pct to 234 bln hkd, while domestic exports increased by 0.8 pct to 10 bln hkd.

Imports in November expanded by 9.3 pct from the same period last year to 260 bln hkd after a 12.1 pct increase in October.

The visible trade deficit for the month was 16 bln hkd, or 6.1 pct of the value of imports of goods during the period.
