China 3C Group agrees to open stores in Carrefour

China 3C Group, one of the leading distributors and retailers of consumer and business products in China, announced on Wednesday that the company has agreed to open its stores in Carrefour, one of the world's largest distribution groups.

The move is expected to help the company to capitalize on the expansion of overseas players in China by establishing partnership with global brands. The company disclosed that further details on the agreement's impact on guidance and store count will be provided later.

"We are very pleased to be increasing our presence in one of the globe's foremost retailers, Carrefour. This further validates our strategy of dealing with top brand-name retailers and cooperating for mutual benefit," said Wang Zhenggang, CEO of China 3C Group.

China 3C Group operates more than 900 retail outlets in China, specializing in selling 3C products in the country through its subsidiary Zhejiang Yong Xin Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
