Dongfeng Hongtai Holdings Group Co. Ltd and Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co. Ltd will be responsible for the construction. Cars produced by Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Co. Ltd, a joint venture of Dongfeng and PSA Peugeot Citroen will be firstly reproduced at the base.
