ZTE cooperates with ORACLE on SDP

ZTE Corp<000063> inked a strategic cooperative agreement with ORACLE to carry out global strategic cooperation on the domain of SDP, it said yesterday.

Under the terms of the agreement, ZTE is expected to work with ORACLE on the programming of SDP, the project of ISP (Independent Software Provider) and so on. It is also a win-win situation because both parties can mutually benefit from the partnership.

SDP is regarded as the new-generation operation platform. It has now gained worldwide recognition for its open, integrated and intelligent features. As ZTE comes to the SDP market early, it now turns into significant market share gains.

"ZTE is one of important strategy partners, and the agreement inked is another landmark," said Zhou Jinhui, the vice president of ORACLE Greater China.
