Aluminum Corp of China registers MTNs of RMB 10 bln

Aluminum Corp. of China Ltd. (Chalco) registered Medium-term Notes (MTNs) of RMB 10 billion in the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII).

As reported, the association had accepted the RMB 10 billion registration from Chalco with the period of validity till May. 20, 2010. Bank of Communications Co. Ltd. will deal with the sale.

Medium-term Notes in China was first launched in mid-April, with 13 registered companies so far.
