Honda's China sales hit 38,374 units in April

Japanese auto giant Honda Motor announced that it has sold 38,374 cars in China in April, up 13.05% for the same month last year.

Sales of its joint venture with Dongfeng Motor based in Central China's Hubei province rose 54.3% to 14,527 units, while the sales of its Guanzhou JV fell by 2.8% to 23,847 units.

Honda sold a total of 151,029 cars in China during the first four months of this year, representing a year-on-year increase of 24.8%.
