China July crude imports 13.79 mln tons vs 10.64 mln

China imported 13.79 mln tons of crude oil in July, up from 10.64 mln tons a year earlier, the General Administration of Customs said.

Crude imports for the first seven months stood at 104.32 mln tons, up 8.3 pct year-on-year, it added.

China exported 1.82 mln tons of crude oil in the first seven months, down 28.8 pct, with July exports at 260,000 tons.

China also imported 4.37 mln tons of oil products in July, compared with 3.74 mln tons a year earlier. Imports of oil products in the first seven months totaled 25.38 mln tons, up 16.7 pct.

Exports of oil products amounted to 9.52 mln tons, up 6 pct. July exports stood at 1.64 mln tons.
