China's crude oil output exceeds 110 mln tons in Jan-Jul

China's crude oil output amounted to 110.50 million tons in the first seven months this year, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.2%, according to statistics from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).
During the Jan.-Jul. period, output of oil products rose 5.8% from a year earlier to 200.36 million tons with an increase of 3.6% and 9.1% in gasoline and diesel oil respectively, and that of natural gas amounted to 44.1 billion cubic meters, up 14.3%.

Meanwhile, China imported 104.32 million tons of crude oil and 25.38 million tons of oil products, up 8.3% and 16.7% over the same period of last year respectively, while exports of crude oil dropped 28.8% from a year ago to 1.82 million tons, and that of oil products rose 6% to 9.52 million tons.

In 2007, China's output of crude oil, gasoline and diesel oil amounted to 186.657 million tons, 59.94 million tons and 123.7 million tons respectively. The volume of exported crude oil totaled 159.28 million tons.
