Deal on IP issues

The Shanghai Silicon Intellectual Property Exchange signed an agreement yesterday with three industry organizations to provide the city's high-tech firms patent consulting and applications services.

Through the government-backed SSIPEX, members of the Shanghai Zhangjiang Incubator Management Center, Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association and Shanghai Optoelectronics Trade Association can get advice and help on IP issues.
