Output grows

INDUSTRIAL output in southern China's Guangdong Province rose by 9.9 percent in October, the slowest pace since January 2001, Xinhua news agency said, citing the provincial statistics bureau. Production in the first 10 months of the year rose by 13 percent, the second-lowest pace in the past three years, the report said.
