Datang wind capacity breaks 2GW

With the completion of a 49.5 MW wind project in Xilinhaote, Datang has achieved the total wind capacity of 2.03 GW, announced by the general manager of Datang Group, Zhai Ruoyu on the company's ceremony on Dec 24.

Datang has realized 247.5MW of the 346.5MW total capacity of its Inner Mongolia wind projects.

In 2007, Datang has constructed the world's largest wind farm at that time---Saihanba Wind Farm, which bring the company's total wind capacity to 1 GW.
