e-Town International Center breaks ground in BDA

Construction of the e-Town International Center began in Beijing Economic Technological Development Area (BDA) in south Beijing's e-Town (Yizhuang) area, after a foundation laying ceremony held on Nov. 20.

The e-Town International Center, which is a complex with high-end offices, five-star hotels, apartments and shopping malls, locates on the east side of e-Town's central business belt along the Ronghua Road, with the e-Town light rail line under construction.

The first phase of the project covers a total construction area of 86,605 square meters, equipped with offices, shops, restaurants, banks, conference rooms, multi-function halls and so on; the second phase will develop top-level offices, hotels and apartments.

Upon the completion of the two phases, the e-Town International Center will be a comprehensive large-scale landmark complex in BDA. It will also help improve the overall investment environment of BDA and make good supplement to the service facilities of the area.
