Housing prices drop 0.9% yr-on-yr in Jan

Housing prices in the nation's 70 major cities fell by 0.9 percent year-on-year in January, the National Development and Reform Commission said this morning.

Meanwhile, urban housing prices in January fell 0.2 percent compared with December.
