IT'S now a "good opportunity" for China Investment Corp, the nation's sovereign wealth fund, to make international investment, said a top CIC official yesterday.

CIC Deputy General Manager Wang Jianxi said during a panel discussion of the national political body's annual session that the major concern is when and how action should be taken.
