Protest Over EU Duties

CHINA has protested at an European Union's decision to impose anti-dumping duties on seamless steel pipe from China and expected the EU to end its anti-dumping investigation, the Ministry of Commerce said yesterday.

The European Commission announced on Wednesday it would impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese seamless steel pipe. Last July, the European Commission launched an anti-dumping probe.

The duty rates imposed range from 15 to 24.2 percent.
