China Petrochemicals to build coals to liquids plant

While in conversation with an industry source based in China today, a polymerupdate team member reported that approval has been granted to Taiwan based China Petrochemical Development Corp for the construction of a plant for the processing of chemicals and fuels. Company sources mentioned that though they have received an approval letter, a formal approval is still needed from the Investment Commission.
