Profits in coal sector slow down moderately

China's coal sector doesn't record sharp decline and is still in good performance cycle, according to China Securities Journal.

According to the released report of the listed enterprises in the first half of this year, the collection of sustainable development funds increased production cost of coal enterprises, but the profits of enterprises didn't reduce sharply.

The coal production cost averaged 195.88 yuan/ton in major enterprises in Shanxi in June, 14.51 yuan more than that in the first six months of this year.

Experts predicted that, with the fully collection of sustainable development funds, the effect of enterprises' profits will be shown in the second half year.
