National Bureau of Energy Opened

On Thursday, National Bureau of Energy as an independent department of Chinese governance is officially opened.

The Bureau is resposible for drafting policies and plans concerning energy, supervising energy industry, researching for new energy and controlling over extraction and conservation of energy.
