Export rebates of most APIs adjusted to 9% from Dec. 1st

According to a circular on the web site of State Administration of Taxation on November 17th, China will raise export rebates for some export products from December 1st. The export rebates for most APIs and pharmaceutical intermediates are adjusted to 9% from 5%.The products classfied in H.S Code 2901-2935£¬2901-2922 mostly belong to pharmaceutical intermediates; the products classfied in H.S Code 2022-2935 mostly belong to APIs. The export rebates for APIs of cardiovascular drugs in H.S Code 2933 also are adjusted to 9%, such stains APIs, -pril APIs, -dipine APIs.
