Export license applied to Penicillin G and Vitamin C in 2009

According to the bulletin issued by Ministry of Commerce and General Adminstration of Customs, the export license administration is applied to the export of penicillin G, Vitamin C and Citric acid from Jan. 1st 2009.

The export license administration had been applied to Citric acid in 2008. But penicillin G and Vitamin C wasn't under the export license administration in 2008. Some exporters don't have experiences on applying for export license, so the export of Penicillin G and Vitamin C maybe will be influenced provisionally in January.
